We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive / Tele caller to join our real estate brokerage team. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a drive for success. This role involves generating business through outbound calls and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to identify potential clients.

· Respond to inquiries about our services and listings.

· Build rapport and understand client needs for lead qualification.

· Record interactions and lead details in our CRM system.

· Keep updated on market trends and listings.

· Meet and exceed targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments.

Qualifications:

· Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

· Excellent verbal communication over the phone.

· Good listening skills to understand client needs.

· Ability to handle rejection professionally.
